My Walsall Way Wishes for 2010

I am hoping 2010 will hold in store some genea-happiness in researching my Walsall, Staffordshire, England ancestors.  Here are my genea-goals in the attempt to achieve genea-bliss:

  • Continue researching my Whitehouse family with the goal of obtaining the birth, marriage and death registration or parish records for each of my direct line ancestors.
  • Write the story about my great-aunt Edie and the Whitehouse cousin to whom she was betrothed.
  • Connect with an Evans or Whitehouse cousin.  Although I have made contact with cousins in the collateral lines of the family, I really would like to meet some cousins who are more closely related.
  • Continue researching and sorting out the Ketland/Kettledon line of the family.

Taking into consideration some of my other genealogy goals for the upcoming year, I will be pleased if I can accomplish even one or two of these goals. I think having started this new blog to record my family history about the Evans, Whitehouse and Ketland/Kettledon families is a step in the right direction.
